International Customers:

Shipping FAQs


When will my order be shipped?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders placed before 12pm (Sydney time) will be dispatched same day. 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

For Australia orders, we can send your parcel to a PO Box. For international orders, please provide us with a valid street address for delivery.

International duties and/or taxes?

International shipments are sometimes subject to special duties and fees that vary by country. At this time, we’re unable to collect payment for international duties and fees at checkout, so you may be required to pay them separately when your order is cleared through customs. We know this is not ideal, and are actively working to provide a better experience for our international customers. Should you choose not to pay or pick up your package, it will be returned to us which can take several weeks. Once the item is received and checked back into our system we will issue a refund.

Lost package?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to contact directly with the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email hello@sumoii.com and we’ll try to resolve the issue!


Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on Sumoii. We're committed to providing customers with the most delightful shopping experience possible. We're always available and happy to help with any questions. If you need to request a refund, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receipt. 


Returned items must be in original condition.Non-returnable items are damaged products through customer mishandling.

Returns FAQs


How will I receive my refund?

- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the order. 

- Typically, you can expect your payment provider to credit you for your refund within 14 business days. 

- If you are having trouble locating your refund, we recommend contacting your payment provider for further assistance. 

- For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees. 

- Sumoii does not provide reimbursement for costs related to return shipping, customs fees, taxes, postal fees or VAT related costs. 

- All Sumoii gift cards are valid as a one-time use only. We unfortunately cannot credit wish gift cards back to your account once they’ve been used.

Cancelling orders:

Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above).
